Comfort Inn Cincinnati Northeast - Mason

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly enough, and it was located pretty close to the highway so it was an easy find, and convenient considering we were just passing through. The hot water and water pressure in the shower were a plus.

The outside was fine, a few people loitering in the parking lot the couple of times we went out. The hallway smelled, the room had an AC that was obnoxiously loud, and while we opted for the two doubles because it was cheaper, it was great we only needed one bed because the other had some seriously questionable stains. The bed was comfortable enough after a 16 hour drive, but left me a little itchy. We ended up ditching the comforter and used just the sheets, which was probably the best choice. It was an okay stay, but the supposed 8.1 rating it displayed was extremely misleading. It was an uncomfortable visit and I wouldn't do it again.

Was supposed to be two queen beds...my 12 and 13 year old couldnt even fit on one bed together...extremely small beds...very small romm for 169.00 we could have stayed at a nicer place and got two rooms....very dissatisfied..

I liked the friendly staff. They were very helpful. Our room was clean. Nobody disturbed us as we stayed in the room.

There's nothing egregiously wrong about this Comfort Inn. The only thing that would need improvement is the breakfast. But it's free so it's not a big deal to me.

The breakfast offered a variety of options and was well-stocked each morning, which I found very convenient during my busy work schedule.

The bed was extremely comfy with lots of fluffy pillows and nice sheets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't stay for the free breakfast, but it smelled really good. There was free wifi, which was helpful. Everything was very clean.

The property is dated, and the rugs/furnishings look older. The hallway is a little musty smelling.

We enjoyed our stay, especially given the convenience of having restaurants and fast food places nearby. The kids loved the easy access to Pioneer Park, where we spent some time exploring, and the staff was very attentive regarding our comfort. Our room felt cute.

My children wanted a more varied breakfast selection.

There were a variety of restaurants in the area. Just about anything you could want. Also the rooms were very clean.

I made a booking at Booked.net. Upon arrival they could not find my reservation and had to charge my card again. It turned into a hassle. Also the shower took way too long to get warm.
